i found the room design thoughtful. the staff gave prompt attention to any request i had. the wellness amenities were a wonderful treat after a day on the slopes. our room was super clean, i was very thankful.
The wi-fi was slow. It was not very reliable during peak hours, though it generally worked fine at other times.

the breakfast included plenty of tasty options. i tried the restaurant, it was good. i saw fresh bread, pastries, yogurt, fruit, and hot dishes available, so i had plenty of choices.

my family room had a spacious layout. it included a loft setup, very nice for my two children. the bathrooms had a rainfall shower with great water pressure, it was amazing.

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle bus from the train station. This service was useful with heavy luggage. The staff greeted everyone with smiles. It created a positive atmosphere. I was upgraded to a double room with a partial view of the landmark mountain. It was a pleasant surprise.

the breakfast buffet was varied it had lots of options. the bed was very comfortable and huge. the matterhorn view from the balcony was great.
the staff were somewhat helpful but we often received conflicting information. our room had a stench of vomit i am not sure if it was the couch or carpet but it stank. the bathroom is dated there is no air conditioning.

The free shuttle service to the train station was very convenient. i also appreciated the luggage storage. It allowed me to explore without my bags after checking out. the breakfast offered many choices, great before a day of hiking. the onsen and dampfbad were perfect.
the bar area sometimes felt slightly understaffed, so i occasionally waited longer than expected to order.
